This hotel is not in the centre of Madrid. It is about 20-25 mins from the centre by metro, however, it is only 30 yards from a metro station and it is very easy to get around from here. It is in a residential/business area - not the party zone, however, it can still be quite noisy with traffic on the street at night. Aside from this, though, it is a very comfortable hotel.

Nice to have a toothbrush and shaving kit provided - but why no shower cap? And the hair dryer only works at tornado speed? Bit more focus on women travellers would be nice. Otherwise: fine. Nice decor, friendly staff, convenient location, nice big rooms

I was charged erroneously for a lot of minibar merchandise which I had not had - this was very embarassing. It left a bad taste after a very nice stay at the hotel. They should be more careful-I filled in my minibar form correctly and presented it the day before check out but they just ignored it

Staff were very helpful and assisted in ensuring events were on while we were there. There was some building work going on while we were there which meant the lobby could be quite busy at certain times but it did not disturb our stay.
