A nice hotel in a central location without being so close to the Gran Via as to make it noise polluted. Getting about on foot or by Metro was quite easy. The staff were very helpful during our stay.

The hotel was very clean , staff helpful, in a quiet location. The breaksfast good. It is close to the metro(line 2), about 15-20 mins walk from Gran Via. Its also close to a lot of very nice resturants.

This was a nice hotel, the only problem was that there was a 10 euro breakfast included that doesn't appear anywhere on the website. It is not optional to have the breakfast or not. The other thing was that NOBODY told me at check-in about the breakfast so I couldn't even take advantage of it. When I brought it up when I checked out they said it was too bad and was a part of the deal. I thought this was very dishonest. Because of this I would be cautious about recommneding it to anyone.

We really enjoyed our stay. it was in a quiet area with easy access to the Metro which enabled us to easily get into the more hectic areas of Madrid. The staff were helpful and friendly. The service was efficient. We would certainly stay there again

Location and hotel great the only down side was the check in staff he was rude which was a shame as the rest of the 2 night stay was great, we would recommend this hotel. It has easy access via the metro to the city centre and the airport.
