The location was very good and rooms adequate. The frontage looks a bit shabby, but overall excellant value for money.

Great physical character to the hotel and good location. The bedroom was spacious and well maintained but the bar and restaurant facilities were poor - definitely not 4 star.
Our reservation at the hotel did not exist when we got there. As to where the blame for this lies, we do not know. The Moratin Hotel booked us into a local **** 'sister' hotel, Catalonia Las Cortes Hotel,Read more and were most helpful. That hotel was fine and the comments above apply to it rather than the Moratin.Hide
