Very good deal. Convenient location, large clean rooms, timely and good service. Wireless is very good, although it comes at an extra charge of 15 euros per day. In general, everything one could ask for from a hotel.

This was a very nice hotel for a few day stay. The breakfast was good and the people were nice enough but not the most informative. It is really close to the museums and some good places to eat on Atocha. Basically i would say it what I expected for the money that we payed.

The only slightly negative comment I can make about this hotel is that because it is just off a main road you do get quite a bit of noise from the traffic below. This may not be the case in other areas of the hotel though. Apart from that I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel. It is very local to the famous Prado Museum and Retiro park.

Excellent location very close to all museums and the old centre of Madrid. The room facilities extremely good. And the service alwasy very polite and helpful. Highly recommended.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The included breakfast was a true treat. Food was fresh, varied and plentiful. Beds were very comfortable. We stayed two different times during our holiday this past March and April and would stay there again. Both rooms were nonsmoking and had no smell of smoking. Some rooms are along a busy arterial street and morning road noise could be a problem if you sleep with the window open. Hotel is very close to rail and metro service as well as easy to connect to airport using subway. We would stay there again without hesitation. While not over fancy, it is modern, updated, well appointed and one of the most comfortable hotels we have ever stayed in. We highly recommend it.

Really good location, very clean with decent breakfast. For the price, bedroom and bathroom fairly small and basic though adequate. Staff friendly ad efficient.

Very impressed with the hotel and would definitely recommend it. I'd certainly stay there again. The hotel is good value for money and well located not far from city centre, close to Metro and major museums/parks. Don't be fooled by exterior appearance. Internally, the hotel has undergone major refit. Room's are well laid out, spacious and tastefully furnished. Staff are excellent, v friendly and helpful. Not being a breakfast eater, I couldn't resist the excellent spread.

As I wanted to visit museums, the location was perfect. The room was very quiet and clean. Recommended!
