In general very pleasant. We travelled as couple and friend and were initially given the single room to the couple and double to friend. It took a bit of sorting out but after that everything was fine and we would stay there again.

Old fashion hotel very pleasant located in the hart of the city, perfect if you want to visit the city by day and night. Good ratio price/quality. Take care that they have rooms from 10 square meters up to 25, don't hesitate to ask for it !!

Hotel is in a great location. It is near a large shopping district filled with cafes and restaurants and other businesses. The metro is actually two steps away in front of the hotel. Other than the noise factor. The walls in the hotel were thin and the rooms were small. The hotel had everything you needed.

Wonderful hotel in the moderate to nice categoty - it's in a great location (close to all the major sights, but quiet and safe area), has very nice rooms and is a good value for the price. I had no complaints and would highly recommend it.

The room number 124 had no natural light, the window opened out onto a indoor stairwell, with no air, noisy, and the smell of cooking from the kitchens. The shower had a break in the flexible tube, resulting in the water going over the floor. I realize that this was supposed to be a standard room, but we think if they put the word sub before room 124 it would be more appropiate.

The hotel was cosy and nice to come home to at the end of the day. The location was good - v. close to a metro station and a 10 minute walk down to the Plaza Mayor. The staff were very friendly and spoke good English. The spa bath in the bathroom worked too!

The hotel and location was very good but we did miss tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The 24 hour 'free' tea you can request costs 3 euros to be brought to your room - each cup.

Very attractive hotel, reasonably spacious room (outstanding bathroom with jacuzzi tub), excellent service. Location convenient, immediately adjacent to Metro. II will definitely stay there again.

The absence of directions we found a big problem - a map must be sent to clients. Secure parking is available - for a fee. The coffee was awful, the rest of breakfast very good.
