A very nice hotel. The hotel is situated near Grand Via, but it was very quiet - not any noice from traffic.. The service was good, and I would like to recomend it for people arriving in Madrid.

Would have liked to have WiFi internet service, but we liked having a good inexpensive internet kiosk in the hotel. This hotel is expensive given the small size of the rooms, quality of finishes in the hotel and its location in Madrid. Compliments to the breakfast room server; he was excellent. Friendly service overall. Parking was also exhorbitant in price, and was not the hotel's own lot.

Very noisy in the mornings. However they provided a very good breakfast. It was a wonderful location, but I felt the staff could have been more accommadating I did not like the fact we asked for a double bed and got two singles pushed together. Apart form that a wonderful trip in the centre of the town which was more important than the hotel.

Friendly staff, central location although the actual street the hotel was on did not feel very safe as it was tucked away in the back streets.

A good clean 3 star hotel. Bedrooms adequate in size and comfort (and veryt clean), bathroom nicely finished off with marble if a little dated furniture wise. Location is off Gran Via (very central)but the approach street is grotty and a little off putting for first time visitors. No bar or restaurant. Breakfast room is basic. Breakfast is acceptable only and service varies depending on who is on duty. One guy is excellent and another is unhelpful. Overall taking into account the cost and the conditions it is a good deal.
