Central city hotel. Breakfastroom has a nice view on the Gran Via. Hotel offers good service, it only took quite some time before the bell boy brought my suitcase to my room.

We chose this hotel due to its location, and weren't disappointed - it's very centrally located, with Grand Via and Sol metro stations a short walk away, and most of the tourist sights of 'old' Madrid within easy walking distance. There's a very good sushi restaurant next door too. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, our room (on the Japanese-themed 8th floor) well-appointed, spacious and clean, and the breakfast a decent buffet-style - with Japanese options. One tip - because the Grand Via can be noisy both day and night, you could ask for a room on one of the top floors, or facing onto a side street - we did, and enjoyed peaceful nights' sleep.

Very central, plenty to see within easy walking distance. Hotel surprisingly quiet, room decor a bit tired but all very clean. No restaurant on site, hotel owned sushi bar and a la carte restaurant next door but expensive, plenty of others to choose from locally though. Breakfast good, nice public lounge but bar shuts at 23.30. Got a really good deal from [your website] to include breakfast so pricing great. 2* on massive road intersection would have cost us the same!! Certainly would go back there.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Rooms cleaned every day. Great area for sight seeing and not far from the metro train system. Breakfast buffet doesn`t have tomatoes,baked beans, mushrooms or black pudding.
