+ Reception staff and concierge all spoke fluent English and were very helpful. Breakfast has English (ie, cereals and marmalade), as well as Spanish food. The hotel is a 30 second walk from Cartegena metro station on line no. 7.
- From the rooms at the front of the hotel you can hear low level traffic noise from the main road that the hotel is on, which may or may not be a nuisance. From Cartegena metro station you have to make 1 or 2 changes on the metro in order to get to the very centre of the city so the journey takes 20-30 minutes.
