This hotel and the room were above the standard we had experienced in Italy. The front desk staff spoke English and were friendly and helpful. It was great to find a spacious carpark with free parking. Our only problem was finding the hotel when we arrived in Lucca, it would pay to take a map or call ahead and get directions from the Hotel

If you are a tourist and don't have your car, it is not convenient. If you have a car, being very close to the autrostrada exit, its location is very convenient. However, it is tricky getting there. When you exit the highway, you immediately see the hotel but have no directions. If you come from the city center it could be even worse and enter the highway without wanting to. The hotel is modern, oriented to business travellers and excellent value. I recomend it, even for tourists who have a car.

Hotel was pleasant enough but not really walking distance to Lucca, you would need to take a taxi. Staff very helpful.

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Dissapointed no bathroom in room. Hotel not in the best of locations if you dont have a car, like we didnt have. Takes about 20-30 minutes to walk into the centre of Lucca from the hotel, and some of that is on the road!

This hotel was simply superb! So good in fact that we didn't leave the hotel the first night, even though we were on holiday and should have been exploring the city, rather than the hotel's facilities, gym, sauna and fabulous tastes in the restaurant. With a welcoming friendly staff, this hotel is great for both tourist and business clientele. Wth excellent access to the highway, it would have been beneficial to mention that a taxi from the station is recommended.

The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the city walls. The all inclusive deal (breakfast, free mini-bar, a free supply of water and fruit, and a courtesy bar in the lobby) was excellent value. There was no problem with stocking up with fresh bottled water to take with you for day trips. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although not overly large, they included everything I needed or expected. The staff were incredibly friendly and I really enjoyed my stay.

This is a new hotel and very well appointed despite being outside the city walls (Lucca). The hotel is a new concept in accommodation including lush, contemporary furnishings and each room has a fabulous bathroom. A very nice touch is the provision of free fresh fruit and bottled water in every corridor. There is a complementary all day coffee and pastry bar and the buffet breakfast is outstanding. If AC10 can do it why can't the other chains?
