This hotel is quite good value and in a reasonable location. Easy access to train and buses to get to Hollywood etc. Room very comfortable, coffee in room great and staff friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

parking was very expensive but otherwise, was very happy with the bed, location and facilities. the fitness center was decent and outdoor pool was fine.

a solid bet, the westin bonaventure offers reasonably priced rooms at a central downtown l.a. location. however, those looking for modern surroundings or amenities might be disappointed by this dinosaur of a hotel that was fondly intended to become a hub of social activity and glamor in the 80s (as many floors of dead retail and entertainment space attest to). twenty or so years later, the place looks and feels outdated, with little charm to make up for its poorly aged soul. still, at below $100, you could do worse, and the place is clean and run efficiently.

The initial room that we got was totally unfitting of what I would expect from a Westin. It was a divided suite, with no bed, and only a horrible pull out couch. We spent our first night in roll away cots. Very disappointing. We were moved twice more, and the 3rd room was decent.

this hotel has nothing to do with tourists , fully booked by airliners and advertised on travel websites just to fill the booking gapes don't expect a westin chain services from this hotel

It was the best hotel experience in the US even though the hotel itself seems a bit dated 70's style. Pool (inside) needs to be resurfaced and the entire floor area cleaned hosed...The water was clear but cold. Restaurants are overpriced.

Hotel complex is outstanding. Rooms were clean and neat. Beds and linens were comfortable and provide a good night sleep. In hotel food was either very expensive (such as $10 US for two orders of toast) or not edible. Location is convenient to visit via public transport which is very inexpensive.
