Small rooms but nice big bed and tv. Could improve with tea making facilities. Although it is good to get breakfast incl why out in the cold next to the pool? This may be great in summer but why not use the restaurant , at least in winter. Reception (Donna) was very helpful although the other girl who checked us in seemed like she wanted to be somewhere else - not good for first impressions! Best part was location - great little restaurant across road (Dan Tana's) and easy bus trips downtown and to Santa Monica.

The hotel was clean, but the bathroom quite cramped, no iron. The breakfast was very notional. The location was a bit ambivalent - on one hand close to Supermarkets and Santa Monica boulevard with all the buses. On the other hand difficult to get to all the attractions. I'll probably looking for a different location when in LA

Nice small hotel. Rooms are small but so what. Poolside breakfast was not luxurious but really ok. Location was excellent, walking distance to rodeo drive and sunset boulevard. FREE parking, would stay again.

Front desk staff were a bit slow and were not very familiar with the local area. Cleaning staff were noisy every single morning. The room was not made up one day when it was requested. Location of hotel is excellent. Rooms were very nice, a bit small but adequate. Would i stay again? Yes. But not on the first floor near the cleaning staff.

We enjoyed staying at the Beverly Terrace Hotel Los Angels. The rooms are small but they open onto a wonderful quiet pool area with plenty of varied seating for relaxing. Beverages are always available there as is a great continental breakfast. Good location for Beverly Hills shopping and Hollywood. The staff get a gold star - very friendly and more than helpful. We would stay again.

Very clean and stylish hotel, has a great restaurant and staff are friendly. The location is a bit too suburban however, with not much happening close by. It would have also been handy if they had been able to provide internet and maps of the local area etc.
