The window of the room did not lock properly, so the noise from the busy street outside was even bigger. A choice for a one night only if you are on the way to somewhere, I wouldn't recommend it for longer periods.

Room large, the bed comfortable, food, restaurant and room service was good. Staff polite. I like the option of having a beer in my room or of keeping water in the fridge. When I asked the Consierge if they had any day trips to Warners Studio he said it was too far away - but it's right next door to Universal (where I went for the 3rd time). So, for travellers like myself who are often in transit more options on the day tours would be nice. I know this isn't the hotel's responsibility but they may like to tell VIP Tours who they partner with. Lastly, the air conditioning was VERY loud. Sounds like a lot of moans - not really and can all be fixed easily. I have been twice to Quality Inn next door - I recommend this hotel over that one without hesitation.

The room assigned to me at check-in was 226 which was right on top of the front entrance and was very noisy. I asked for a change of room and re-assigned room 427 which was much better. Don't think a room like 226 should be assigned to the customer especially when the hotel was not full.

Very good facility. Close to airport with complimentary shuttle. Everything you could want at an economic price.

We were quite happy with the room untill we saw the view, or lack of it, our room looked out onto a roof top that was covered in tv dishes and what must have been the oldest three houses in LA. We recon that is what you get when you book on line so won't be in a hurry to do that again. The hotel is quite old too by the look of it.
