I will be writing to you at length re. this hotel, but found this property to be difficult to access and in an area which lacked in facilites. The staff were difficult, to say the least and were in noRead more way helpful. even though I presented my prepaid vouchers, I was asked to confirm the booking and pay again with a credit card. I have another booking through your comapny in Novemeber and sincerely hope that the experience in London will in no way resemble that in Los Angeles LAX this week.Hide
