We loved the Hyatt West Hollywood. It was in a great location, very handy, within walking distance to Beverly Hills and Rodeo Drive. The decor of the room was very tasteful and the view all over LA was amazing. The restaurant was excellent - loved the decor and the food divine! We had good service.

Convenient well priced hotel. Bit old and tired but friendly staff. Much better value than other ridiculously priced hotels on Sunset i.e. [another hotel name] which was an absolute JOKE!

This hotel is in a great location with plenty of great bars and restaurants within walking distance There is no refrigerator or minny bar which is a bore and the front rooms are very noisy as the traffic is constant I had aroom on the side but my associate was in the front with balcony

Was very dissappointed in this hotel, as we have a Hyatt in Melbourne Australia and there is no comparison. The room was only very average, with a big stain on the carpet just after entering the room. Also the bathroom is so small, and there is no exhaust fan, so when showering everything fogs up. The room we were given had a horrible view of the back carpark. I am so surprised at the standard of this hotel, as we have travelled extensively throughout the world This hotel is definitely NOT a 4 star hotel in my eyes and for the price of $386.00 US, i expected better. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone i know, and i would never stay here again. Karen Foster, Melbourne Australia.
