My family and I had a good stay at the Thistle Westminster Hotel. The only limiting factor that would restrict me from returning to this hotel would be the lack of parking facilities. All the parking was taken up in the adjacent road and I was obliged to park my car about 3 blocks away. Not an easy problem to resolve but it would be very useful if the hotel could have secured parking facilities close by.

On arrival reception staff were very unhelpful. Rooms were not ready and customer care left a lot to be desired. We were on a tight schedule and eventually one room was made available. The one exception was a gentlemen who was on crutches who was very helpful and polite.
