The hotel is undergoing substantial renervation of the public rooms which led to congestion at the entrance and probably to the bad service of refreshments there and to the very bad telephone service. The hotel made every effort to correct problems caused by the bad telephone service. The hotel should be judged when renervations are completed and it operates normally

Very pleasant atmosphere in the hotel, staff very helpful especially after mistakenly leaving a personal item behind. The staff very quickly located it and was returned to me within 3 days.

The service my wife and I received was excellent, we were impressed from the moment we were met by the doorman. We enjoyed the wonderful service the reservations staff and housekeeping staff gave us and will certainly recommend the Westbury London to our friends. Many thanks.

The Westbury has a wonderful location in Bond Street close to brilliant shopping, Sotheby's, Green Park, Piccadilly, Theatreland etc. Breakfast is voluminous and the service great and very friendly.

From my own experience, it was quite pleasant stay till the time I was checking out. The on-duty manager was NOT professional enough to handle the customers' comments and complaints. My phone bill was double charged!!! Even though the problem was solved in the end, the whole experience was not quite pleasant and it took me a good 10 minutes to get things sorted out, which should not have happened at all in the hotel like this one!

Rooms are quite small but that may be a London attribute. Room service food was terrible. On the positive side, the location is amazing and the Staff is quite courteous.

Found the hotel perfectly located near Regent Street, right in the heart of London. Small rooms but very clean and functional nonetheless. Great value for money.

I paid extra for a suite, which was fine but the bathroom was not big enough to swing a cat (not even a mouse actually). The Polo Bar leaves a little to be desired in the comfort stakes - cold and cold atmosphere. Could do with a piano or something.
