Single rooms are dark (no window), but well-appointed, and go for an appropriate price. Cheery staff.

Rooms are actually much better than the ones shown in the photos. It's not one mille away from harrods, though well comunicated anyway.

The hotel was very clean and the service very good. The room was a bit small but with a large tv screen. Very good value and I would definitively reccomend it.

Lost (prepaid) booking, took 2 hours to sort - then room filthy when entered, took 1/2 day to get room cleaned, desk & cleaning staff couldn't give a toss, cleaning rags left around other days. Lifts out 20% of the time. Indian management are renovating 1/2 of street & guests being bounced between various premices in street all the time. Reception is like a war zone of complaining guests. Give this one a wide berth until renovations complete

The elevator was broken and there was nobody to help with heavy bags. The net curtains were absolutely filthy in all 3 of the rooms that we rented. There were no towels in 1 of the rooms. The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. The breakfast was minimal. Overall, it wasn't bad for a large, cosmopolitan city center hotel with good pricing.

The hotel is nearing the end of its renovation. The rooms were not completed, and therefore TV did not operate properly, there was no phone in the room,the wardrobe was only a rail and bedside light did not operate. There was no mini bar installed yet and the chairs were only conference style. All that said, the bathroom was lovely and everything was clean and of excellent quality. When it is completed, it will offer very lovely rooms at a reasonable price

Location absolutely brilliant! Priced very reasonably considering that. Room very basic in facilities, but very good size (family room). We will seriously consider coming back.

the picture showing the hotel is a little misleading, it makes the hotel look smarter than it is, the carpets on the landing needed replacing, but the staff were very helpful,it is in a good location for the tube,we enjoyed our stay.
