Interesting design - maybe a bit too much, with all those fancy colors and fabrics you see now everywhere - well positioned close to Oxford Street but away from noise and hustle, good service. Rooms well designed but without some of the facilities one expects from a 4-star hotel - no minibar, no heated towel rail in the bathroom, no tea/coffee making facilities. Good experience overall.

Rooms are quite small. Photos of the rooms in the internet are not very realistic. Guests quite noisy, you always hear guests banging their doors when they enter or leave their rooms.
