the quality of the hotel is pretty good but not as good as it could get 5 points. I learned that the points the hotels get is just a matter of how they liked the hotel, just an individual view point, so to be fair and to help other people from their being tricked by the comment of a particular guest, I should give a lower point that they deserve. Hotel was pretty clean but the room was so tiny, the bed was filling up whole space of the room, and the view from the room was dreadful, The breakfast was rather poor and their service was very slow and the worst thing is that everything is badly organised. They should have some smile on their face when they are dealing with guests. The potter had a lovely smile and helpful though. However, when I visit London next time, I do not think I will be staying there again

Excellent hotel in every way. Staff very polite and helpful at all times. Food was first class, well presented,served and in every way top class. My thanks to everyone and I will certainly stay there again. It is very conveniently located for shopping and sightseeing. A touch of quiet elegance, country-house style, in the heart of the city.Comfort and luxury at a reasonable price - what more could anyone ask? A little gem.
