Impressive decor in the reception. Modern but not functional solutions in the room. Wonderful beds. Not very personal service. Many people as well as I had arguments with receptionists. Very expensive breakfast. Brasserie with loud and uncomfortable music.

The hotel is beautifully renovated. A bit quiet, but very taseful. The rooms are slightly small for the price, but the fact that it is new and in a good location makes up for it. If you book early, you will get a great value hotel. There are also two parts to the hotel. The main wing with 800 rooms and the secondary wing (about 10 seconds walk on the main road) with about 200 rooms. If you don't mind being away from the main lobby, then make sure you request for the second wing. The rooms in the second building are bigger, but priced the same. Overall, good value hotel. Keep in mind it is at the Marble Arch end of Oxford Street. Which means peace and quiet. If you want to be in the thick of the action, you will want to be nearer Oxford Circus and Tottenham Court Road.

The hotel was in an excellent spot! The entire thing is just one thing - trendy! Rooms are small, but I think this is fine considering the position and room finishings. Everything was brilliant - will be staying there next time in London. Highly recommended.
