Very polite and helpful staff, excellent welcome, room was spotless, bathroom sparklıng and well appointed. Complimentary bottled water a nice touch. Room was small but one expects such in London. Only area for improvement would be in better soundproofing between rooms. Chesterfield's location unbeatable for the feel of village London and easy access by foot to Oxford Street, Bond Street, Piccadilly, Green Park, Hyde Park. I would highly recommend the Chesterfield.

Loved the hotel, staff were so friendly and more than helpful, great dining area, great food. Close to Picadilly Line trains to everywhere, also, to buses. Quiet area, good collection of local restaurants/eateries only a street away. Loved the place. Would stay there again. Only complaint was, not a lot space in the room and no draws for clothes, hanging space only, otherwise, staff were fabulous and so helpful, surrounds great.

This was an amazing and adorable hotel right in the heart of London. The staff were incredibly friendly and were willing to give us a lot of advice about what to do and see and how to get there. At first we were told breakfast wasn't included with the price, but after showing them the confirmation from venere they changed that right away to include the full English breakfast and the food was pretty good too. We couldn't have asked for a friendlier staff or a better location in London.
