Simple hotel, but very good location. Short walk to shopping, theaters, restaurantes, tube etc. Rooms are a bit small, but clean. Some traffic noise because of central location. The employees is very helpful and this is a good hotel if you don't need much extra service. The price is not bad compared to many other hotels in same area. Me and my two daughters enjoyed our stay here.

The room was really tiny, the price quite expensive, but I think not for the location that is really excellent: between Covent garden and Charing Cross. I would recommend the hotel, because it's clean, nice but, overall, for its central location!

tiny rooms, tiny bathroom. Extremely narrow common staircase area.If you are a big body do not contemplate, you will not fit in - only for skinny shapes. Terrific location and polite staff.

Clean but very minimal accomodations. Very small rooms, and some overlook the street. If you go in the summer, you will have to leave the windows open because there is no air conditioning, and the rooms over the street will be extremely noisy. The bathrooms are very small, and, in the two rooms I stayed in, the toilet seats were broken and were prone to sliding off the toilet. If price is everything on your agenda, then this is a good place. If you want to spend another $60-80 per night, you can find many other hotels that have spacious, quiet, air conditioned rooms.

The location couldn't be bettered. The decor and facilities reflect the price i.e. adequate but not luxurious. If you want to stay in a very smart hotel you'll have to pay a lot more, if location is more important to you than luxury and you prefer to spend your cash on entertainment rather than staying in a posh hotel this is the perfect place. Clean but small rooms, pleasant staff, good breakfast.
