Great to be in the centre of London but also right next to the stunning gardens..even if it was raining outside. Visit to the Whole Foods market near the hotel is a must!

I ORDERED ROOM SERVICE BOTH MORNINGS. THE FIRST TRAY ARRIVED WITHOUT A KNIFE TO BUTTER THE BREAD & MARMALADE. THE SECOND MORNING THE YOGHURT WAS FORGOTTEN & THERE WAS A HAIR THAT WAS IN THE NAPKIN THAT CERTAINLY DID NOT BELONG TO ME! I MUST STATE THAT THE STAFF WERE VERY PLEASANT.

All the staff at this hotel are exceptional in how they look after guests. If your budget allows book a room overlooking Kensington Palace Gardens and sit on the raised lounge area enjoying exceptional views of the London skyline.

Very high standards of facilities and service. Close to parks and the underground station. Four and a half to five stars. Street side rooms can be noisy - Kensington never sleeps.

The only thing that bothered me was the waiting for table for breakfast, we had to wait all mornings and one morning was particularly bad, almost 15-20 minutes.
