I booked this hotel as a special surprise present for my parents 40th anniversary. It was for one night and when they returned they couldn't stop talking about it. It was out of this world. The staff were very polite and helpful. They were very impressed with the restaurant service. They told them they were going to see a show at a theatre and the waiters were very helpful to accommodate for this. The food was excelent. The room very comfortable. It was the best expreience they have ever had. Everything you had heard about the Ritz and more. Thanks to everyone concerned.
