Hotel maintains a high standard of cleanliness. Staff is courteous and efficient. Rooms very small, especially the single bed rooms. A bit pricey for what the hotel offers. I will recommend it to my friends and will certainly visit again.

Excellent location and helpful staff, the room and bathroom were a reasonable size. The breakfast was quite basic and not worth the charge if paying seperately - there are plenty of cafes nearby.

I had a reservation in Quality Crown Hotel Kensington over Hotelclub, nevertheless all rooms were booked out !!! After waiting for problem to be solved in the lobby for over an hour, I was transferred to mediocre hotel miles away (NIKI Paddington) and I was not offered a refund for lower quality replacement. The rating points go for NIKI Paddington in this review. Please note, that I have stayed in Quality Crown Hotel Kensington in the last half a year more than once and have been very saticefied (the reason I booked it again), although this time I had a more bitter experience. I can imagine it to be some sort of computer/database related mixup, unfortunately for me, I had to go through it and hope your experience will be better if you decide for them.

A very good hotel with good value for money. May not be close to any shopping district or tourist attraction, but it is only 5 mins walk from Earl's Court underground station, which can lead you to anywhere in London. Great facilities as well as friendly and helpful service from the staffs.

Found this hotel in good location for circle/district line tube [Gloucester Rd]to all the sights we were interested in over 2 days stay. Staff helpfull and room more than adequate. Would definitely stay there again.

The stuff of the Hotel was extremely kind and helpful in any way. The only thing that disappointed me was that the room I was firstly given smaller than my bathroom in the appartment that I live. After I expresed my disappointment about the room I was given another much bigger and spacious room. I would like, particularly, to thank Nick from the reception for all his kind assistance.

Room very very small. Hardly any room to put suitcase & still be able to walk about. Room I was in had double bed, but you would not want more than one person in room.

Second time for me in Quality Crown Hotel in Kensington/London. This Hotel gets my recommendation for a business visitor. The room, I stayed was small, but very clean (one of the cleanest hotels I know in London).

I have stayed at this hotel regularly for the past 2 years and would strongly recommend it. The hotel staff are extremely friendly, location great...5 minutes from Earls Court tube. always very clean.

Room was very small but clean. Quiet hotel by London standards. Only bar meals available in evening, not cheap and not that appetising either. Reasonable breakfast - for additional payment - however.
