Good budget accomodations with an excellent location near the Earl's Court station. The reception staff were always helpful & friendly. Our room smelled a bit musty and the walls aren't especially soundproof, but we would stay there again. The breakfast is nice. We shared a toilet at the end of our hallway, but it wasn't problematic. The shower in our room left somewhat to be desired; the hose kept disconnecting from the spigot and the pressure wasn't great. We were on the 4th floor and there is no lift in the building; that wasn't a concern for us, but I say it to give fair warning to those that might struggle to pull bags up that many flights of stairs. This hotel was satisfactory for our stay.

London is expensive, the 10 nights I spent in the Oxford Hotel was a good economical option. The English breakfast provided was very good and staff friendly. The room was on the 2nd floor of the annex building with no lifts, so it was a hard climb with my large bag. My single bedroom with bathroom was very compact but clean. I had a TV, tea making facilities and a phone that only dialled the front desk. I believe the phone line could be connected with a deposit, but getting a UK SIM card for my GSM phone was the best option for me.

The location was excellent as we were going to Earls Court which is just around the corner. Thankfully we were only staying one night. The bathroom was very dated with old dark grey tiles and the bath was stained with limescale. The skirting boards were in need of a good clean and the bed cover had a dubious stain on it. The security of the room was minimal as the lock was just a standard yale and nothing else. Oh and be prepared to pay a deposit for your key and another for a remote control for the TV!

We had a good stay. Room was small but good enough for us and the location is great. Negative: We had to pay £5 for two hours of luggage storage after we had checked out.

Dreadful room. A double room measuring just 6' x 8' and only a 4' bed. No view from window. No wardrobe; no drawers; no bedside table; only 1 chair (for 2 people?). Stupid receptionist - the manager was on holiday in Brazil. Awful breakfast. In fact, we have nothing good to say about ths hotel and will try and get our money back.

The room is VERY small, no space for a suitecase. TV does not have remote control. Bed is uncomfortable. Breakfast is very poor

As a hotel in London, especially at such a good location, I'd like to say that it goes far over my expectation. The room is clean, quiet and lovely. The bathroom is a bit small but clean, and the shower is good. The only thing needed improvement is the breakfast, a bit too simple.:) I will choose it again if I need to travel again to london~

Room really small and two single beds instead of one double but for that price I cannot really complain. Super close to tube station and great location for London travellers. I would choose it once again if I could.

If you look for a cheap hotel and close to the London downtown, you ve found it! We stayed here for 4 nights and we 'd go there again. The breakfast is fine, but if it would be possible to ask for an egg or some slices of ham, i think, it would be appreciated.

In spite of paying in advance for a twin room for single use (no 31), I got a worse room the first night with a terrible bed and with none isolation to the street outside. This room was located in another building away from the hotel (the same street though). All this trouble without any compensation. Sad eperience.

The hotel has four floors and no elevator. I had a room with shared toilet but there are nnot many rooms on each floor so the distance is short and the risk that it's occupied is small. It's obviously well looked after by the staff becausae it was quite proper. The TV was old, no remote control and few channels but it did work. The breakfast consisted of cornflakes with milk, toast and marmelade, and juice plus coffee/tea of course. a good continental breakfast. I would like to stay there again, provided I get the same low price.
