This is the seconf time I have stayed at the Le Meridien in Piccadilly in the last two years & it is my & pertners favourite hotel, cannot fault it, (apart from the price & the prices within central London). The location is superb for getting around London.

As soon as we arrived every body was so helpful, Our checkin was quick, plenty of lifts to all floors, so no waiting time, Room very clean and a very good size, Had a snack in the lounge Bar area ( but it was like a meal ) We had our evening meal at the Hotel all the staff were excellent, so was the meal, we had a drink in the hotel bar, again staff very good and profesional, always chatting ( when they had time ) We went to London for a show and a very relaxing weekend, we had both the show & the hotel, Thanls

Ideally located hotel, efficient service, very good breakfasts! Not the cheapest, but you do get what you pay for.

I was delighted to receive an upgrade to a beautiful room with a very comfortable bed. The restaurant is also excellent.

Service charge for a drink in their bar is £6.00 - have to wait 1/2 hour before you get your order - not impressed.

We were especially impressed with an Irish employee called David on the Starwood desk. He is very, very professional, polite and pleasant and gave that personal touch that many big hotels do not have. He is a real credit to the hotel.

We think this is a top quality hotel in the best location possible . Unfortunately we found that smokers are now banned to the 9th floor , where the rooms are much smaller ( they were probably old servants rooms ) and with an elevator that only gost to the 8th floor. Whilst the room are nicely decorated , they are under the roof and the airco was not really adequate at warm weather . I'll tell my wife to quit smoking.

Stayed here twice once in a king, once in a standard room it was very clean but very small. Health club and pool are excellent if lacking in recliners. location A+++++ Would stay again but in a king.

A warm welcome, large De Luxe rooms, good service, superb food. Slightly disturbing traffic noise from the room overlooking Regent Street.

Room was rather 'tired'. Sink didn't drain properly. Room key didn't work on first two attempts (needed new battery). Otherwise staff were courteous but bar prices are 'extortionate' (even for London)

THE HOTEL ITSELF WAS VERY NICE, BUT- THEN YOU GET TO THE BEDROOMS!!! FOR A FOUR STAR HOTEL ITS TERRIBLE, OK THEY ARE CLEAN & TIDY BUT THEY ARE VERY SHABBY. THE CURTAINS ARE HANGING OFF THE RUNNERS, THE BATHROOM CEILING IS IN NEED OF REPAIR, THE NET CURTAINS NEED A GOOD BLEACHING AND THEY ARE VERY DARK . I DID MENTION THIS TO RECEPTION WHOM SAID THEY WOULD BE HAPPY TO UPGRADE US BUT WITH AN EXTRA CHARGE, THEY SAID THAT THE ROOMS WERE IN NEED OF REFURBISHING, AND BY GOD THEY DO!!!! SO AGIAN NICE HOTEL BUT WOULD NOT STAY THERE AGAIN PAYING THERE COSTS UNTIL SUCH TIME THEY REFURBISH THE ROOMS. MY ADVISE IS PICK ANOTHER 4 STAR!!!!!.
