Service is excellent. Quality of Executive rooms are fine although not as spacious as you'd expect for the money. Would benefit from modernising/refreshing decor soon as starting to look tired. However, views are breathtaking especially from the Windows bar on 28th floor.

The only thing I thought to be a bit off was that you had to order room service (very expensive) for a drink or snack, or even ice as there was no vending machines in hotel. Great service and people in hotel. Trader Vics REALLY needs a crash course in service.
