We had a lovely time, room and staff very nice and location quite central. There was a good choice of food for breakfast, even though we only had continental included in our price - there was still plenty to choose from and you can upgrade for £7.00 approx. Drinks, however, are very expensive in the bar.

It was what you would expect for a 5 star hotel. Very good location for shopaholics, near the tube, excellent service by the staff. If I could afford it, I'd stay at Langham again!

Every thing was really good except the room was more like a 4* rather than 5*. The palm Court breakfast buffet was very enjoyable both food and surroundings

The langham is a very nice hotel and very central to all. The service is good but the pricing is on the high side compared to other hotels of its calibre. What i saw not up to standard is the breakfast. It is very disappointing compared to other hotels. It is very pricy for what you are offered and the choose is very limited.

Breakfast the worst by far ever experienced. Not much choice to begin with and nothing replenished when bowls were finished. As we had breakfast at 7.30a.m. that was some achievement. Don't know what people received later as brekkie went until 10.30.We stayed at 6 hotels on this trip all of the same standard.

Superb Hotel which is very central and within walking distance of shopping, theatres etc. We were very kindly upgraded to a Suite and were most impressed with the room we stayed in.
