What a fantastic hotel! Apart from the beautiful building and interior and the atmosphere inside the place which made you feel like you were in your own home, what was particularly stunning was the service from every member of staff we came across, absolutely second to none! Definately could not fault this hotel in any way shape or form and would gladly go back at the next opportunity!

The Landmark has everything I needed, and particularly high speed internet connection in my room. Food service in the magnificent Winter Garden was remarkably quick and efficient. Apart from that the hotel has a sense of history about it. On my next visit to London I will definitely stay at The Landmark.

Very fine. Have stayed at this hotel 3 times over the last 3 years. I have never had a bad experience. Only thing is, the bar should be open on Sunday

A very unique property with fantastic public spaces and large rooms with great bathrooms (unusual for a british hotel) and very well maintained. Friendly and helpful staff from the office to the restaurant to the room cleaners. location a bit remote for 5 star hotel but excellent access to underground, train and taxis. Very highly recommended

Beautiful hotel. The wintergarden is really stunning. The room we had (executive) was very spacious. There was some hair in the bathtub, so the cleaning could be better. The staff is real stiff. The young guy at the reception was terrible. He really should look for another job. He doesn't show you a lot of respect. With the underground (marylebone) next to the hotel it's only takes you a few minutes to go anywere in London. In short Beautiful hotel but the staff must be moer relaxed.

The Landmark is simply the best hotel I have had the pleasure to stay in. Everything was just perfect with very corteous staff on hand to every request,the only problem from my point of view is that it is not in the centre of London so taxis or tube is needed always,however it is not so very far out to stop me staying again at some time. Exellent.
