This is a nice hotel in an excellent area. The room style is modern and up to date. The studio was spacious and comfortable, though there was some street noise as one of the double glazing panels was missing. Breakfast was basic though good enough. The buffet excluded any hot food (except toast which was being dished out white, due to a staff supervisor wanting to get people through as quick as possible as there was a queue). Other staff were friendly and helpful. Reception staff were welcoming and helpful. Overall, I'd stay here again, but with some reservations and I'd check out other hotels in the area first.

This Hotel was very good the rooms where clean, it is situated very close to knightsbridge, two underground stations walking distance lots of restaurants also walking distance the continental breakfast was very good and well stocked, the only negative was the staff where not friendly but overall a vey plesant stay

Adequate for our needs. Great location. Breakfast could have been better e.g hot cofee, a better variety of continental for the Aussie traveller. Caterd more for the Europeans. Staff need to smile more!!!!!

A smart modern hotel which provides pleasant accomodation in a great location. The room was smart if a little on the small side and the internal layout was a little odd. I have paid a good deal more for a great deal less. The complimentary continental breakfast was the only real disappointment.

Single room very small under 7 feet wide.Walls grubby. Shower grout and ceiling dirty. Shower cubicle tiny and shower more like a high tap.Entrance light didn't work.Room on main road with no attempt at noise reduction eg double glazing. No tea coffee making facilities.Hairdryer fixed on short hoze under tall TV stand use would necessitate lying on floor with head under TV. Not good value nor my idea of 3* hotel

Rooms are extremely small and the bathrooms even smaller. It was hard to fit in the suitcase to the room. I stayed for a week and the room never got cleaned. Sheets were not changed at all during the week either.
