Unfriendly welcome on arrival, also told one of our two rooms would not be ready for another 2 hours (it was 2pm advised check-in time). Room was fine although the shower only had boiling hot water. My friends' room was smaller and bathroom looked very grubby. Breakfast very basic, again unfriendly reception at breakfast. Location of hotel good, close to subway.

Over priced even for the location. I had a single room, which could have been described as a broom cupboard.
