I remembered I stayed there before my recent trip to London during winter and cost me only around GBP109.00 nett inclusive of the continental breakfast. If not mistaken it was in year 2000. I do not think that it is value for money.

Although London has many restaurants and it is probably expected that most guests will eat out, I was surprised to be advised that there was only one restaurant in the hotel. Also there were limited channels on the television considering there is Satellite available in the hotel, the sports channels were not available in the hotel rooms even though they were on in the bars.

room had no plugs in sink or bath. locked out of room after leaving for breakfast on sunday.insufficient lifts. had to check in twice taking copies of credit card both times.standard of room poor.having stayed here before felt there was a deterioration of both facilities and service in general.
