great location, lots of shops & restaurants nearby. bus stops & tubes within walking distance. room was no bigger than a walk in wardrobe plus no air-conditioning. tiny en-suite, no bath just shower. did get into pool but not very clean. however you get what you pay for & for it's good points i would stay again in this hotel. saw other rooms that were much bigger with a bath. ask for rooms 404 or 406.

THE FLOOR CREAKS BADLY,THE ROOM IS TOO TIDY, THE WASH BASIN AND THE TUB ARE BLOCKED UP, THE WAITRESSES THROW THE CRUBS OF THE BREAD TO THE CHAIRS IN ORDER TO CLEAN THE TABLE FROM THE PREVIEWS CUSTOMERS AND DON'T CHANGE THE DISHES SOUPLAT! THE LADY RECEPTIONIST IS NOT FORTHCOMING, I ASKED TO BE INFORMED ABOUT THE AIRPORT TERMINAL WHERE MY FLIGHT WAS, AND SHE COULD NOT CKECK IT

Small room, but excellent breakfast. Friendly staff except for a coloured guy with red glasses who had no idea about how to treat guests. If he wisens up or is removed, we would definitely consider another stay.

For a budget stay in London this is excellent. It's close to underground stations and restaurants, not too far from the centre but not noisy. The rooms are functional and ours was clean - not as spacious as a country manor hotel, but one wouldn't expect that from a low-mid range London hotel room.

dirty carpets, beds were undone, windows defect, room temperature > 30 degrees Celsius also in the night - no air condition instaed of reservation for a non-smoker room we got a smoker

Clean attractively decorated hotel but my room was right next to rail way line. I was kept awake most of the night by passing trains. The room as very small. On the positive side a great location re: access to underground. greel restaurant nearby served big fairly taswy meals.

Staff was very helpful. The Hotel is in a very nice location and is quite charming. I was provided with a very large room. I didn't know it had a swimming pool--so more information could have been provided.
