Grosvenor House is an old Hotel with all that include: old furniture. old bathroom. Some Hotels has an old style with new rebuilt rooms that is not the case with Grosvenor House. It is old an feels old. Breakfast and staff in the Hotel is exellent.

Block booking direct was £248, via Hotel club £148 which represented excellent value, but what a rip off if we had paid the original asking price. Service levels very high Excellent location

An exceptional hotel in every respect. The rooms were large and luxuriously furnished and the continental breakfast (which was included in the price) was possibly the best I've ever had . Don't be tempted to pay a supplement for the full English breakfast as it's not necessary. The location is about the best in London. This was real value for money.

great central location, but a little impersonal. excessive formality e.g waiting for waiter to seat you at breakfast for over 5 mins. also main complaint was heating system/air con seemed to 'start up' at 5.30am waking us both!! make sure you are away from this noise.

Got a good offer on this hotels room prices. Had a great stay and will definately return again. Excellent location and very friendly staff. The only thing that disappionted us was the fact they automatically put a service charge on your bill for a self service breakfast

I had one of the worst experiences at this hotel. 5 star it certainly is not. The staff were rude, it took them ages to deal with anything, even getting the bags to the room took 3 hours. We couldn't enjoy a drink in the lounge late evening as all the tables were booked by people not staying at the hotel. We didn't have the room we booked it took them 5 hours to sort that out as well. This hotel is going down fast.
