This is a poor hotel with a total lack of facilities and surly unco-operative staff. Breakfast consists of bread and jam, there is no hot food alternative and the coffee is undrinkable. I received a warm welcome at this hotel which was very comfortable, and clean.
Facilities mentioned as in room do not exist e.g. iron, ironing board, clock, radio etc.
All in all it is a good bargain for a hotel in London. However, one should be aware that the rooms on the street are a little bit noisy.
I did not like the broadband access system. Access was available in rooms, but it had been contracted out by the hotel to a private company and the rates were extremely high.
