Very small double room, bed comfortable but have to climb over the bed to get into the other side. Check in good, but evening staff indifferent. Restaurant not open in evening at the weekends. Short walk to Pimlico underground and Tate Britain.

Nice and clean hotel with a good atmosphere. However we were at first presented for a room where the central heating system were hidden in a closet. The room was because of that extremely hot, but after complaining about it to the staff we were offered a much cooler room immediately. Maybe the hotel should consider not to let this room in the future - it is not suitable for this purpose.

The hotel was clean with updated bathrooms and friendly staff. Although the rooms are small, so is everything in London. We would definitely stay here again.

Front Office Staff were polite and helpful. We tried three rooms until we eventually got one which was usable although impossibly small for two people. The prior two rooms being at the fromt of the hotel were too noisy. Continental Breakfast was good and convenient (buffet). Proximity to Pimlico Tube Station was good. I would try a different place in the same area next time due to the small room size.

Good: The staff was very helpful during our stay. The hotel is near the Pimilco station, which makes it easy to get around. There are some grocery stores near the hotel. The breakfast is ok. It's free as long as you don't touch the hot food that set in the middle of the table. Bad: If the room faces the street, it's very noisy throughout the night. We stayed in the 4th floor, but we were often waken up by different kinds of noises such as people screaming and traffic noise on the street.

Handily located, 5 minute walk to Pimlico tube station. Room was a little on the small side but contained everything needed and comfortable enough.

Clean, but totally characterless hotel. Bathroom tiny. OK for a night as an alternative to paying £30 more for another train ticket, but highlights why London is best avoided!

Small room and like a sauna, had large hot water pipes running through, and couldn't turn these down or off. Hence; far to hot and had to have the window open all the time. Not good for colds and flu.

I was surprised to find an additional booking charge tagged onto the quote I had reserved under. The room was very small, although well stocked. The price also skyrocketed when I requested to stay another night, to about double the original. Overall, you get what you pay for.

Despite its smallish size, the room (especially the bed) was very comfortable. Noise was not a problem. The public areas of the hotel, as well as the room itself, could have been cleaner. One staff member I dealt with was a bit surly; another was extremely friendly and helpful. The free internet terminal and luggage storage room were nice touches.
