As long as you stay away from the restaurant, this is a ok hotel. We stayed 3 nights. On the day of our arrivel one of the towels i the bathroom were dirty!! The second day, everting was OK exept from the food in the restauant, and the third day houskeeping did not renove used glasses and cups.. The people at the front desk were really serviceminded though, and did not charge us for the dinner that made us sik:-)

Hotel is in need of a 'makeover', very tired. Walls are quite thin so neighbours could be heard. Great location though.

Hotel is good value for money. However the building needs a revamp as many faults due to age are evident. i.e. airconditioninmg system cannot be controlled from the room. TV channels are lacking ( could not tune into CNN or BBC)

You have to be carefull, there are rooms in the basement and the Reception told you that at the last minute. However clean and renovated, the basement room are like jail feeling and quite noisy from the street up and the restaurant next door.

Very good location at Marble Arch for attending a conference. I had a nice twin room with lots of window light. Had some problems connecting to their wifi - depended on location in the hotel. Continental breakfast was enough, rather than paying the full price for hot meal.

The hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment so the bar and lounge were not available however we still enjoyed our stay there very much due to the friendliness of the staff and the excellent location. Overall it was very good value for money.

Comfortable hotel, pleasant staff and great location for shopping and sightseeing. The only downside was lack of double glazing, couldn't sleep because of the outside noise, being situated on a busy road!

The hotel was exactely what we have expected and hoped for. Friendly and nice treatment from the staff. Very central situated and easy to reach with bus or underground. We will definitely come back to this hotel again.

Once before I'v stayed there with execelent result, but this time it was a small, old room with out ironing bord and so on. Very bad bed as well and a night portier who did not remember to make the wake up call as requested. Very bad experience this time !
