District is nice. Hotel is different from next door ugly hotel and number of hostels located in old houses on the Belgrave Rd. To Victoria station is 15 min walk, and to Parliament 20-25 min.

very small rooms. Lousy breakfast, no rolls, just toast, coffee like hot water, pitbull service. - But o.k., if you just use it to sleep (in a very week bed).

Rooms are very nice, clean and recently refurbished. The hotel is close to the underground station. Employees are not so friendly, but they are competent and they solve your problems. The only matter in the hotel is its creackly floors.
