I probably wouldn't use the hotel again. Cracked tiles in bathroom. Double rooms very small. Requested a second pillow for both myself and my wife (three times) but only got one pillow! Mini bar empty - prob because fridge did not work!

Helpful front desk. I got an excellent double room with my internet booking thru you. but when I decided to stay on, I was moved to a (small) single room (but modern) for the same price. The deal thru you was a good one. The hotel is a bit out of the way but not too far from the Metro at Marques de Pombal station. I'm very happy with what you did for me. Regards, Ross Craig.

My friends had room for handicap with the incovenience that they werent and the bath was open-space and was very dificult to not getting everything wet

This hotel although moderately priced was not located in the most convenient of areas for tourist access to Resteraunts, Points of interest, walking areas etc. Although the service, rooms etc were fine I felt afterwards that there were other hotels available at similar prices that were much more touristicly freindly located.

very accommodating. We would rebook without any concerns. We were treated very well when a problem arose with our second reservation after returning to Lisbon and received an upgrade to a sister hotel in superior accommodation at the same rate.

This is an ok hotel but does not deserve **** rating. In would rate high ** or low *** in my opinion. Tattered towels, no mattress padding, one light not working, no hot water one morning, tiny tv, soiled carpet...
