A very nice hotel in the middle of Lisbon's city center. The roof terrace with the pool where breakfast is served really adds to the Lisbin experience. Rooms are nicely decorated and surpisingly modern.

View from apartment: to hotel piping system Luggage room: anyone can get in by asking a key from receptíon and can take anyone´s luggage, no luggage tags - why on earth not? Other than the above; great location, fine hotel Pidgeons will eat your breakfast at the terrace unless you are ready for a fight.

Good facilities, I particularly liked the rooftoop swimming pool. The staff were very polite and helpful. Extremely well located for exploring Lisbon on public transport or on foot.

Very noisy from traffic outside. The bed is so hard it is difficult to sleep. I have not received any Thank you card as asked in 3, it is impossible to say no. Bad in no 1 means in the breakfast room.

Very well featured indeed. Great view from the pool - unheated - and terrace bar. Large room - could easily put in a third bed.

No parking in the hotel and the nearest one is very expensive and doesn't have an agreement/discount for the hotel hosts. The hotel terrace where breakfast is served is too small for so many people and the breakfast less than average.

Location was good if you don't want to rent a car. Access was great taking the Airport shuttle bus directly to the hotel. The hotel was also centrally located within walking distance of the downtown area. It is also located right on one of the metro stops (Restauradores).
