Personally I did not like the trolley used to clear all the tables at breakfast. I do not really want to see a stack of dirty crockery wheeled past me as I eat my breakfast!!! A hotel of this standard I would expect to have FRESH fruit juice for breakfast please.

The hotel is between the airport and the city. Very near to a metro station.

Well, definitely they should repair their sign, as it says now Hotel Era. Quite small room, furniture, arrangement and equipment quite dated, but otherwise OK.

This was a really good standard 3 star hotel. We rang on the way for directions and the receptionist was extremely helpful. There was a nice bar and everything was very clean

nonchalant personell - they did the least they could, smiled less than the guests and spoke an english that was difficult to understand not central location though with good enough communications i was surprised to find it rated as a very well located hotel 4.63 on your scale!!!

Very close to metro and bus station to airport (10 min.) and city centre (15 min.). Very quiet area and good service. Air conditioned provided!

We were not very happy with this Hotel at all. Last night, 3-4-04, the room was cleaned en the bed looked tidy. When I went to bed, I saw blood stains on the bed linnen. The blood was not our blood because we didn't bleed at all. I went to the reception en try to explain my problem. They hardly understood wat I meant en at the end I just gave up. I got two clean bed linnen en changed the bed myself and I'm 6 months pregnant. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location is easy to find. They serve a very good breakfast. One can see the planes landing in Lisbon from the window.
