Great service for myself, my wife and two kids (9),(6). I stayed for 3 nights. On the last day I was to run in the Lisbon half marathon race. The race started at 10:30am and check out is at 11:00am, The night before the race I just told the reseptionest that I could not finish the race no eariler than 12:30pm, can I check out at 1:30pm? I explained that I need a little time to shower and change. They said no problem and good luck in the race. The whole stay at this hotel from the start was exellent, morning buffett was great, but the icing on the cake was that last day for me. As I came back from the run they saw me come in my running outfit and said no problem again as to telling me to not to rush. At 1:40pm I droped off the room keys and the clerk said thank you have a great day.

One of the reasons we booked this hotel was because I had stayed there previously for pleasure and thought it was a good hotel. We were there on business this time and very disappointed that they advertised WIFI access which was always unavailable and unable to connect. The WIFI issue was such a problem we asked the IT manager to look into it, and although very helpful, he did not seem to understand the problem and failed to respond any of our further enquiries. We spent our entire 5 days there having to leave the hotel every morning early to go to a reliable WIFI hotspot nearby - where incidentally we had no problems connecting. I say if you don't have the service, don't advertise it.

I had choosen the Hotel for the swimming pool. It is not acceptable to put as facilities a swimming pool as soon as the deep is 80 cm. If I knew it I would have choosen a cheaper one. The quality of breakfast was quite low (good for diet).

The manager and desk staff were so rude and unprofessional. I will never stay or recommend staying at this hotel again. It really turned me off the whole country.

Good, clean hotel but is quite far from the city centre and not within walking distance, although the nearest metro station is only a 5 minute walk away. Only a 10 minute drive from the airport therefore simply take a taxi when you arrive - it will cost only about 10-15 euros. Be careful when eating in the restaurant (and all restaurants in Portugal) as they will charge a 'cover charge' if you eat the bread and fish paste which appears to be free at the beginning of your meal.

would have liked more variety for breakfast such as yogurt and granola, and more variety of fruits concierge did not explain difference in types of transportation for example Metro rather than city bus, and where to access them.

Easy access to everything downtown through the easy to use public transport network. Also close to the airport. Very good location.

#1 - Room service should remain open all night, even if just for sandwiches and drinks. #2 - Location was in a poor part of town. #3 - Overnight laundry would be nice. #4 - A decent gym is needed

The hotel is almost perfect, but I hope that the pool and the spa will be open on Sunday and MOnday. We didn't get to use them although these facilities made be choose Roma Hotel. I should have known earlier before I booked that these amenities are close on these days such that I can adjust the days of stay in the hotel.

My only concern about this hotel is what seemed to be a complete lack of safety signage, with arrows, indicating the emergency exit routes. We never did find the emergency stairs from our 10th floor room.
