good position, near the centre, but room was terrible, smell and odour in the bathroom, the first room without the window or better said with view to the outer wall, better pay more with better services

The breakfast ist ok and included. Only 10 mins to walk (downhill) to city centre, back (uphill) some mins longer ;)

I must say that I was discouraged when I came several days latter and asked the same number and they try to charge me 120 $ per room when the 1st time it was only 80 $.

we were a party of 9 , and stayed for 3 nights .The hotel was very good value for the price ,and the staff were always smiling and helpful .We had a very good meal nearby at the santa cruze cafe /restaurant, if you want to taste the real portugal , it's good ,and the transvestites are harmless .

Air condition system was not good. A little too narrow room, corridors and elevator. But all in all a nice, little hotel cituated fairly central in Lisboa

Unfortunately the room was quite small and we had a strange sewage smell that came from the bathroom, so we had to air the room all the time. Location was also out a bit and you had to bus to the centre, which won't have been a problem if the reception staff had been a bit more helpful.
