A very comfortable and quiet tourist hotel. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and free breakfast exceeded expectations. City bus service to downtown stops at front door, and hotel is convenient to airport.

Great location with really helpful staff, but the bathroom of our room was not the best (the toilet smelled and the bath was chipped). I would still stay at this hotel again in the future.

We discovered this room had a bathroom with strong sour smell. Location poor for walking in Lisbon - great if you want a hospital, but not for sights.

This hotel is situated very good because of the bus line 100 which stops right in front of the door and goes to the centre. That takes about 5 to 7 minutes depending on the traffic. Last bus from the centre to the hotel: 00.45. We stayed at the Princesa Hotel between Christmas and New Year and the guests were very international and changed very often so the hotel liked to be a bit anonymous but suprisingly the staff did remember the guests very well and the service was correct. In the mornings it was a bit crowded because they offer a (good) continental breakfast but the breakfast room is too small for such an amount of guests so at 9 o' clock you have to wait some time to get a free table - but you can have breakfast from 7:00 till 10:30 so it's no problem. The bathroom is small and sometimes there was an unpleasent smell due to the sewerage. But nevertheless: The next time I will come to Lisboa I certainly will return to the Princesa Hotel.
