The Hotel Meliá Aldeia dos Capuchos is south of Lisbon in historical Vila dos Capuchos, and easy accessible by car. It is 3 km (1.8 miles) from the beaches of the Costa da Caparica. Things to visit around the hotel include the Christ the King Sanctuary and the castle and old town of Almada. The two 18-hole golf courses at Aroeira, the 18-hole Peru course and the 18-hole Montado course are also nearby.
The hotel offers 180 guestrooms, of which 111 are apartments and 11 suites. All of the rooms open onto a sea-view balcony or terrace.
