Service and bedroom facilities very good. Room service food was excellent. I didn't avail of food in the restaurant so I cant comment. Although hot buffet breakfast was included in booking I notice on return that I was charged €13 for breakfast in room on the last morning? I would return to the hotel if in lisbon again. Although hotel is out of city centre, taxi service at the door was excellent and porters and conceirge were very helpful. patricia flynn

Only 5 minutes by taxi from the airport, Friendly, efficient and available staff to cater for your needs. The location is not convenient for the city-centre tourist sights, restaurants or evening entertainment.

Everything is almost perfect...but just the bed it would be worth the staying!! It's better to have a car though.

Very helpful staff and it was also lovely to have a pool area, especially in the hot summer months (we stayed in August). Metro station about 7 mins walk away for access to the city. Very good value for the high quality of service and facilities compared with another 4 star we stayed in recently in Lisbon.

Very comfortable, international standard hotel. Great beds. Very good breakfast. Bit away from Centre but taxis are cheap and plentiful.
