Despite arriving early they allocated an alternative room immediately. Great room with balcony and view. Excellent and varied hot buffet breakfast. Friendly & courteous staff. Shops, restaurants & theatres in area. Excellent public transport all around.Number 5 bus direct from airport to Roma Areerio terminus. Walk up to top of street and hotel is on your right - this is most direct and easiest route. 727 bus to town stops to the left of hotel. Buy a daily card for €4 at metro or Roma station for all bus, tram metro & funicular journeys - if you keep the card you can top up daily. Get the train to Sintra at Roma station opposite hotel. Excellent location without the hassle of town. Would have liked tea/coffee in room but it wasn't a major problem. Safe area. Highly recommended.

Our baggage was left at the front desk to hold them until the room was ready. One of our bags was lost. Our first room had the shower partition that leaked water on the floor. There was no coffee pot or coffee in the room. It is not a 4 star hotel. The restaurant did not serve our steaks as ordered. We ordered grilled steaks cooked medium rare. We got pounded (beaten) meat in a sauce well done, The location is good. There was not a microwave in the rooms. We stayed at this hotel twice while on honeymoon in Portugal.

This is a good standard business hotel. It is not in the center of Lisbon, but around the corner from a metro station so it is not difficult to take the metro to Rossio and the Baixa. The neighborhood feels safe and well-heeled, but does not have a lot in the way of restaurants at night so you will probably want to eat and visit the nightlife in other neighborhoods. The room was very clean and had everything we wanted. I would recommend this place. The one downside: the woman who checked us in was new and didn't quite know what she was doing yet. But this was an isolated incident. Other staff seemed perfectly competent.

i recommend this hotel. cleanliness. it is clean. facilities. there is free wireless internet connection available in the bar area on the ground floor. breakfast is self service and there is plenty to choose from. service. the staff is helpful. location. it is not downtown. pricing. we found a good price for it on the internet. additional comments. from the airport, there are 2 buses which have stops within walking distance of the hotel for people without too much luggage. metro roma, near the hotel, is convenient for getting around. in lisbon, a 1 day travel card can be purchased for combined bus, metro, lift and tram travel.

A good hotel, easy to reach from the airport., friendly staff etc. Moreover it is near a subway station(Roma) In my opinion, breakfast could have started a bit earlier that is 06:30 instead of 07:00. I had to rush inorder to catch my flight at 09:00 I was disappoionted that a hotel of that category did not have BBC World.

our visit was during off-season in November. service was very good, with the exception of a specific chap in the reception, who answered my request about UK power converter by saying we sometimes have them, but tourists always take them home. the bellhops were very young and inexperienced as well. other than that, the reception staff was very nice and helpful.

Great, clean, comfortable hotel (sound-proof room with space to swing the proverbial cat) for the budget conscious. Pleasantly surprised to find English-speaking Carlos at the front desk who was genuinely pleased to provide a city map and practical tips for travellers in Lisboa.

The hotel was fine taking into account the price we paid for one night (to be closer to the airport). Reception staff was very friendly, breakfast was not given due to early hour we had to depart - thus no comment while it was included into the rate.

Hotel was very good for price/quality at least low season time. Railwaystation is quite near, 50 m and the nearest metrostation (Roma) is about 250 m. Breakfast was very good (especially bacon!). Service was good also. Personal were polite and speaking very good English. Make sure, if you order non smoking room, it really is that. Only two lifts weren't enough. In the rush hours you have to wait it a very long time! Really good hotel after all!

The hotel was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was also very good, with a large variety of choices. The location was also good, close to Roma-metrostation and also to Roma trainstation right across the road, if you wanted to take the train to Sintra. The area was also very nice, with many good shops and nice, small restaurants.
