Particularly annoyed that restaurant booking request was not done as requested. Had to wait 30 minutes for the table as no record of the reservation which had been confirmed by the RCHL staff member.

Incredibly good! And they have a free wi-fi service if you sit with your computer in the lobby. You catch somebody else's wifi from there. The staff was thrilled that I could do it and save the money they charge for connections. Instead of being disappointed that I didn't give them this money. The breakfast was fantastic! Bring your own hairdryer though. They even allowed my to stay in the room long after check-out time. By far the best hotel I have been to in the last couple of years.
