3 Stops on the Metro from the central area but this doesn't matter given Lisbon's brilliant public transport system. Friendly staff. Breakfast was not as good as expected but was OK and the breakfast room itself was beautiful.

We (family, 4 pers.) stayed in Travel Park from 13-16 July 2006, using a double and a twin room. We were pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the hotel. Indicated as a 3 star hotel, I think it deserves 4 stars. The hotel is quite new, very clean rooms, good bathroom. Air conditioning is efficient and quiet and was very much needed at that time of the year (36°C in Lisbon). Also Internet for 5 euro. Breakfast buffet is very good with plenty of choice, especially as it was included in the price. Value for money, absolutely. The hotel has a design bar and even a buffet restaurant (that we didn't use). Personel is helpful. The hotel is conveniently located, 100m from a Metro entry (station Anjos). We hired a car at the airport and used the public parking garage under the hotel, with reserved places for guests. Parking was half the normal price. Highly recommended.

We had a perfect stay here! People behind the desk can speak enough English so no problems in that department. Subway is a 5 minute walk so everything is nearby in this compact capital. Hotel provided us with a 3rd bed (for a small child) for free. Would certainly choose again!

hi, I m not happy with this hotel. I called the hotel two times few days before my arrival to inform us about my timing (in the evening). Each time, they confirmed me that will not be problem and everything was ok. But, when I arrived at the hotel, the reception confirmed they have a reservation for me but no room available. So they sent me to an other hotel but farther of the central of the city than the travel park lisboa. And, this new hotel was very bad. The price of the room was less costly, so your rate of reduction has devalue. I took few photos, and I will send a complaint to the organisation specialized for the customer. I think is not correct. In first time, I chose the hotel for the place, the prestation. And, when I arrived I had an other hotel, in other place, with other prestation (less good). I feel I have been taken in hostage. I cannot accept that. I think, you have to cancel your collaboration with this hotel if you want to keep a good reputation. REGARDS Cédric Chaubin

The room was small and it was not possible to sit easy. There was only one chair in the room. Breakfast Buffet was good.

The hotel is very nice with an excellent location and very friendly and helpful staff, just make sure that you don't have a room next to the lift.
